NDIS and Third-party providers. She also provides psychometric assessments and diagnosis.
You can make an appointment on a day and a time that suits you through our
online booking form.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DR PROWSE IS NOT IN A POSITION TO ACCEPT ANY NEW REFERRALS UNDER MENTAL HEALTH CARE PLANS AS HER BUSINESS IS AT FULL CAPACITY FOR MEDICARE TYPE REFERRALS.
PRIVATE HEALTH REBATES ARE AVAILABLE DEPENDING ON YOUR PLAN.

Report Cost: Reports are charged per hour depending on the time it takes to collate, calculate, write the report.
Medicare rebate: All assessment sessions ARE NOT covered by medicare. Please send an email to admin@drphuongprowse.com detailing the type of assessment you are requesting.

Please send referral letter an approval of payment to admin@drphuongprowse.com. If you would like to book a few sessions in advance, please send email to admin@drphuongprowse.com and our administration staff can assist you.

This is a requirement from most third-party organisations.
